Three plastid proteins have large inserts and are annotated as atypical (CHLRE, SCEOB and STIHE). Several other proteins are quite divergent and also atypical; CARRP, CENSY, HELSJ and NANEQ. Some of the proteins have C-terminal tails; after about 225 residues sequences aren't conserved. MYCPE has a very long C-terminal tail and has been made atypical. |
