HAMAP families
The HAMAP families are a collection of orthologous microbial families manually created by expert curators. They are written in the UniRule format and contain data which is used to annotate bacterial, archaeal and plastid-encoded proteins in the UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot format [More details].
