Comments Shorter N-terminal in SULTO and in the first copy of hisC in ARCFU; not shown in alignment and not taken into account in size range. Difficulty to distinguish between hisC and other class-II pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent aminotransferases. PHOLL is a fusion between hisC and hisD. As other Enterobacteriaceae do not have such a fusion, this could be a sequencing artefact.
