Comments: In land plants cytochrome c-550 and the 12 kDa protein (psbU) are replaced by psbP and psbQ. The oxygen-evolving complex in Cyanidium caldarium is composed of 4 proteins (psbO, psbQ, psbU and cytochrome c- 550); it is not yet known what composes the complex in other algae. Res. 92:369-387(2007). MICAE and SPIMA have been included in the seed despite being only the mature protein. The second copies (psbV2) and proteins in GLOVI look quite different and perhaps should be a different subfamily.
