Comments Three plastid proteins have large inserts and are annotated as atypical (CHLRE, ACUOB and STIHE). Some of the proteins have C-terminal tails; after about 225 residues sequences aren't conserved. MALP2 has a very long C-terminal tail and has been made atypical.
