Y540_THEAC fused with a Leu-rich transmembrane domain at N-terminus and TRAM domain at C-terminus, several other proteins are also fused to a TRAM domain. VAPC8_MYCTU atypical sequence. VAPC3_METJA, VPC14_MYCTU too short. At least 1 zinc-binding archaeal member processes pre-16S rRNA (NOB1_PYRHO, O58440); archaeal members that have the ability to bind zinc in the C-termini have been accordingly reannotated. |
